The staff were very kind and respectful. The hotel and our room were clean. Only the breakfast was weak, otherwise everything was very good.

Worst 5 star hotel ever.
Imagine 90% of workers are foreigners (including front desk dining place and bar). Most of them can't speak proper English.
I was so shocked when I first enter the hotel. From parking, bell boy, front desk etc. I don't see any local staffs working.
1st bad experience. The so called jockey force me to pay RM10 just parking at the road side which is yellow line (will get summons from DBKL)
2nd bad experience. The swimming has limited chairs, so my wife need to sit at bar area. The foreign worker keep on barking my wife to order drink!!! She just simply ordered 1 glass of beer (did not drink at all). After our pool session, the foreign worker blocked my wife from leaving the bar. Reason was we did not pay money. The counter only take cash or credit card (who will bring cash or credit card) to the pool if we did not plan to consume there!!
3rd bad experience. During dinner time (dinner was including in our package). The foreign staff ask if we need any wine or beer (without informing us the drink is not inclusive). End up we ordered 2 wine, and when we leave the dinning place. The foreign staff gave us a bill to sign (need to pay for wine).
Overall I don't really feel this is a 5 star hotel under the Marriot group. Should just downgrade and not to mislead the future travellers.

Great location not far from Petronas and Kl Tower. Good and friendly people. Breakfast is ok but I would like more diversity.

酒店服務不錯，特別是前臺Ms Hui非常好, 對酒店住宿期間的問題很真誠的和我們道歉，并馬上處理取消訂單事宜, 但是酒店無論是設施還是室內裝潢都非常舊，晚上突然有聲響，配不上5星級水平，還有早餐大把位置，但是服務員偏要弄個所謂帶位調調，多余又浪費客人時間，還有東西是真的難吃，沒有之一，感覺連一般3星級酒店水平都沒有！馬上取消后面訂單重新訂5starhotel!

Overall service was excellent! Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and they cleaned our room every day. This trip was meant to celebrate my wife's birthday and the hotel gave us a complimentary cake and decorated the room with some balloons. Thanks for welcoming us with the gift! There is also a medium-sized gym that opens 24hrs and a rooftop bar that has an unblocked view of the Menara KL Tower!

great comfortable bed and pillows. Clear communications of make up room and turn down service timings. Gave a cake and balloons for our anniversary celebration. I only have a pic of the cafe nearby.

酒店本身很好，星期五晚有lady night，星期六晚有DJ打碟，早餐也很棒。最?喜歡的是附近的餐廳和壁畫 。

酒店所在的街區有很多餐廳（多數比較高檔），步行20-30分鐘可到達雙子塔和帕威年商場附近，晚上高峯期常塞車，所以走路可能更方便。酒店客房挺舒適的，員工多是印度人，都彬彬有禮，英文溝通無障礙。早餐選擇雖然不算太多，但食物質量還是高的。

The hotel gave us a very welcoming feeling upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable — not too big, but not too small either, just nice for a short stay. Breakfast, however, had limited options; it would’ve been nicer to have more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement on the breakfast spread.
